Say It Here

Say It Here — A Private Space to Write, Reflect and Express What Matters Some things are easier to write than say out loud. Other times, you might not know what you want to say until you begin writing. Say It Here is a guided reflective journal and creative writing companion for the thoughts, feelings and experiences that need somewhere to go. From unfinished conversations and things you wish you'd said to feelings you can't quite name and thoughts that keep going around in your mind, these pages give you somewhere to put them. Created by Dr Tanya Heasley, a coaching psychologist and author, this journal offers a private space to express yourself, explore what matters to you and make sense of your experiences without judgement or expectation. Inside, you'll find: * Gentle writing prompts to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. * Unsent letters to express the things you've never quite found the words to say. * Creative activities to help you reflect and express yourself in different ways. * Illustrations to colour when you feel like putting pen to paper without writing. * Lined pages and blank spaces for writing, doodling or whatever comes to mind. * Guided reflections to explore your values, strengths, needs and relationships. You don't need to be good at journaling or know exactly what you want to write. Some days you might work through a reflection prompt. Other days you might write a letter you'll never send, colour an illustration or simply fill a page with whatever is on your mind. There is no right or wrong way to use Say It Here. You can move through the pages in your own order, return to them whenever you need to or leave some untouched. Whether you have something specific you want to express or simply need a little time for yourself, Say It Here offers a thoughtful place to write honestly, reflect gently and let the page hold what you've been carrying. Your thoughts. Your feelings. Your words. Say it here.

Author

Dr Tanya Heasley is a Coaching Psychologist, author and TEDx speaker whose work explores emotions, communication and the words people often find difficult to express. For more than 25 years, Tanya has helped people understand what is happening beneath the surface of their thoughts, feelings and relationships. She has delivered more than 3,000 coaching sessions through private practice and BetterUp, supporting people who experience overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional overwhelm, conflict avoidance and difficulty saying what they really mean. Tanya believes that better communication begins with a better relationship with ourselves. Through self-kindness, authenticity, emotional awareness and assertive communication, she helps people reconnect with their voice and express themselves with greater clarity, confidence and self-respect. She is the creator of Anger-Informed Coaching® and the author of A Letter to My Anger. Her doctoral research explored anger in professional and educational contexts, deepening her understanding of what can happen when important thoughts, feelings and needs remain unspoken. Tanya is Autistic, has ADHD and is a mother of four. Her personal experiences, alongside her professional work, give her valuable insight into masking, self-silencing, emotional intensity and the challenge of remaining true to yourself in a world that often encourages people to fit in. Drawing on her experience, research and understanding of the emotions people carry beneath the surface, Tanya creates thoughtful resources that help people reflect, communicate and connect more honestly with themselves. She created Say It Here to offer a private place for words that feel unfinished or difficult to share. Through reflective prompts, unsent letters and gentle creative activities, the journal encourages people to understand what matters to them and express themselves without the pressure to find perfect words.
