Misty Ewegen
Author
Disabled attorney. Artist. Author. Cave goblin. Misty Ewegen contains multitudes, and seventeen-plus years of chronic daily migraine and fibromyalgia. After a medical system handed her more dead ends than answers, she started making journals — for pain, for distraction, for stress, for tracking symptoms, for anything that might help drag someone out of whatever cave they're stuck in.
When she's not designing journals, she's making art and jewelry, writing poetry, and running a full house in a 1901 Denver Victorian — kids, parents, partner, and a menagerie of pets who never signed the consent form for this bio. She's also spent years advocating for kids, supporting domestic violence survivors, and fighting to protect Colorado's mountain prairie ecosystem, because apparently rest isn't in her vocabulary.
