Dr Demilade Saseun is a technologist, researcher, digital assets specialist, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting, trading, and equities investing. Originally trained as a medical doctor before moving into information technology, he is the Founder of CAPTEMS Limited (UK), a digital-technology venture focused on blockchain education, consulting, research, publishing, and investment advisory. An enterprise solutions architect, polymath, and co-researcher in viability, stewardship, and Organization Physics, he serves as Vice President of the Theta Prime Institute and is the author of the Goshen Protocol. His cross-industry consulting career spans financial services, oil and gas, manufacturing, healthcare, and the public sector across seven countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Romania.

Sir Olumisimi Akinde, FCGP, FTPI, is a Knight of the Principality of Sealand, a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals (FCGP), and a Fellow of the Theta Prime Institute in Cheyenne, Wyoming, USA (FTPI) — the institute he founded to advance governance excellence, institutional viability, stewardship, and intelligent organizational design. He is a researcher with ORCID ID: 0009-0003-7156-1083. A first-class graduate of Mathematics, he holds an executive masters from Rome Business School, Italy, and a master's in Project Management from the International University of Valencia (VIU), Spain. His combination of credentials — mathematics, corporate governance, and systems architecture — reflects his core insight: an institution is a governance system. It has feedback loops, set points, and an operating architecture that can be understood, audited, and upgraded. Mathematics gave him the language of formal systems. Corporate governance gave him the practice of institutional oversight. The Theta Prime Institute, which he founded, gave him the platform to synthesize both into a unified architecture for organizational viability. That synthesis is the subject of this book. He has spent over two decades studying the intersection of governance, systems thinking, and institutional resilience, working across government, finance, technology, and infrastructure.
