A. Brooke studied Human Development and Psychology and has taught English as a Second Language (TESOL), helping students develop literacy skills and confidence in their abilities. However, her most rewarding teaching experience has been nurturing a love of reading in her own five children.
By making books a cherished part of everyday family life, she watched her children grow into enthusiastic readers with exceptional reading skills, achieving Lexile scores far beyond their grade levels. This experience reinforced her belief in the transformative power of reading and the importance of fostering a love of books from an early age.
Drawing on both her educational background and her experience as a parent, A. Brooke creates resources designed to help children become confident, curious, and enthusiastic readers. Through her work, she hopes to inspire young readers to discover the joy, adventure, and lifelong benefits of reading.
