A. Brooke studied Human Development and Psychology and has taught English as a second language (TESOL), helping students build confidence and literacy skills. But her most rewarding teaching experience has been fostering a love of books into her own five children from an early age. By making books a daily part of family life, she watched them grow into enthusiastic readers with exceptional reading abilities and achieving Lexile scores well beyond their grade levels.
Inspired by both her educational background and her experience as a parent, A. Brooke creates resources that encourage children to become confident, curious and enthusiastic readers. She hopes to inspire children to discover the excitement of reading!
