Ron Patton (aka “Ropatt”), a Michigan-born pop, jazz, and R&B artist, rose to fame with his 2003 album "Biggie Was Here". He worked as a staff writer for Holland-Dozier-Holland and co-founded Baywest Records. His production work has featured on Oxygen and Animal Planet. Ropatt authored two books: "Fables & Proverbs: Songwriting's Secret Weapon" and "Alternate Reels: Recasting Iconic Movie Roles".
