Whether she’s designing a meditation to help you fall in love with alone time, geeking out over moon phase gardening, or reclaiming boundaries through self-worth journaling, Stephanie’s work is rooted in radical self-compassion, fierce empowerment, and a healthy dose of sass.
Now leaning into midlife and all the soul-seeking it inspires, she’s embracing the rhythm of empty-nesting with her husband and the beauty of slowing down to really live.
