Tinsel's Tick-Tock Toy Trouble

Tinsel is a young, energetic elf with bright green eyes that sparkle with enthusiasm. He has a cheerful, round face, rosy cheeks, and a pointed nose. His bright red hair is always slightly messy, sticking out from under his oversized green elf hat. Tinsel wears a bright green tunic, striped red and white stockings, and pointy-toed shoes with bells on the ends that jingle with every step.
